This package includes:
1.  BVI Mailing Address and Mail Forwarding.
2.  Certificate of Incumbency
3.  Apostilling of the Incorporation Documents (Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Appointment of First Director(s)). - Required for a bank account opening by most banks.
4.  Incorporation of the offshore company and initial structuring in accordance with your requirements.
5.  BVI Registered Agent and Registered Office for the offshore company for the 1st Year. 
6.  Government registration fees for the 1st year.
