Request a BVI Offshore Company Formation

To incorporate a BVI Offshore Company send us an Email with your request and we will take it from there and guide you through the process. We will email you our Order Form for a BVI incorporation and our requirements for incorporating a BVI Offshore Company. Feel free to ask us questions if something is not clear to you.

Please note that Our BVI Due Diligence requirements are as follows:

1. Certified copy of an ID.
2. Certified copy of a Utility Bill (not more than three (3) months old). Email us for other residential address confirmation options.

It takes 1 to 3 business days for the BVI Companies Registry to issue the Certificate of Incorporation for the BVI company.  Upon receipt of the BVI Certificate of Incorporation for your new offshore company we would email you a copy. We would then prepare the BVI company kit (2 to 3 business days) and send the same to you by FedEx or DHL. 

Upon receipt of the BVI company you would arrange for the signing of the opening resolutions, consent to act as director, application for shares and email us copies for our records.  

If your BVI company formation was done between January and June, it would be due for renewal in May of the following years. If the company formation was done between July and December, it would be due for renewal in November of the following years. 

If you no longer require your BVI offshore company at some point in the future, you can stop paying the annual renewal fees and the company will be struck off by the BVI Companies Registry. BVI companies can be restored to good standing with the BVI Companies Registry by paying all past renewal fees, penalties and a restoration fee.
