Offshore Company Government Fees for the 1st year.


The BVI government incorporation fee for an offshore company with 50,000 or less authorized shares is US$350.  Our incorporation fee for each offshore company includes this fee. If your offshore company is incorporated between January and June its annual renewal will be due in May of the following years if you wish to renew.   If your offshore company is incorporated between July and December its annual renewal will be due in November of the following years if you wish to renew.
