Incorporation of the BVI Company.


We will arrange for the incorporation of the offshore company with the BVI Companies Registry.  The BVI Registered Agent of the offshore company will submit the required documents to enable the formation of the offshore company with the BVI Companies Registry. We provide a standard Memorandum and Articles of Association for the offshore company that covers all business activities that are not restricted under BVI Law. It takes about 1 to 3 business days for the BVI Companies Registry to issue the Certificate of Incorporation for the offshore company. We would email you a copy of the offshore company’s certificate of incorporation and then send out the company kit soon after that.
