Transfer your BVI Offshore Company to us.

You can transfer your BVI offshore company (with 50,000 shares or less / $50,000 authorized capital or less) to our BVI Registered Agent and pay US$625 per year to keep the company active with the BVI Companies Registry and our BVI Registered Agent. So if you are paying significantly more for the annual renewal of your BVI offshore company, this may be an option for you.  

We require Due Diligence before we would accept the transfer. BVI Offshore Companies must be in good standing with the BVI Companies Registry before the transfer is completed. We do not charge a Transfer In fee. Depending on the date your next annual renewal fee is due, we would issue a pro-rated renewal invoice. 

Note: Your current BVI Registered Agent may charge a Transfer Out fee.
